Shafts in induction hardened and tempered 41 Cr Mo 4 (shaft
with sun gear in cemented and hardened 18 Ni Cr Mo 5); available on request
in 50 Cr V 4. Central body in hardened and tempered C 50.
Double universal joints with enclised-ring type central
body. For torques from 1100 Nm to 3900 Nm.
At the same torque, these joints require a smaller rotational clearance
compared to universal joints with enclosed-ring type central body (Series
S 200).
The output shaft can be fitted with a shaver or ground teeth sun gear
for direct coupling to the planetary gear unit. |

torque at an angle of 0°; it is only briefly applicable and must not be
exceeded.
