|
The output shaft can be fitted with a shaver or ground
teeth sun gear for direct coupling to the planetary gear unit. Shafts
in induction hardened and tempered 41 Cr Mo 4 (shaft with sun gear in
cemented and hardened 18 Ni Cr Mo 5); available on request in 50 Cr V 4.
Central body in hardened and tempered C 50.
Double universal joints with enclised-ring type central
body. For torques from 1550 Nm to 11000 Nm.
New generation crosses, with a specially shaped pin coupling that makes
it possible to transmit greater torque with the same clearance.

The Mtmax value indicated corresponds to static
torque at an angle of 0°; it is only briefly applicable and must not be
exceeded.
The information in this technical data sheet allow user
to make a guideline selection of the type of joint in accordance with
available clearance, torque, steering and service life requirements. Double
joints in this series with central lubrification are supplied with the
SOREM single point lubrification system.
Joints of different sizes and for larger angles are available
on request. Please contact the SOREM engineering department for further
details and information regarding products with different characteristics
